Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 2 weeks to be created for you.

For your healing stone jewelry, it is important to cleanse it before you wear it to make sure that it does not contain any negative energy.

There are many ways to clean the jewelry but the easiest is to place in uncooked brown rice. Cover the piece completely and let it cleanse for 24 hours. Another way is to place jewelry in a storage bag and place the bag in sea salt. The plastic bag protects the stone jewelry and the salt absorbs the negative energy.  Once its cleansed remove it from the rice and throw the rice away do not cook or eat the rice. With the salt you can dispose of it by dissolving it in water and disposing of the water. Do not drink the water. After the jewelry is cleansed you can program your healing stones.

To program your stone you can imagine a pure white light surrounding the stones as your holding the stones in your hand or you can stand in front of a light source and formulate what your intention for the stone is.  You must be specific on what you  need the stones to do.  State your intention for the stone.  An example might be  I have pain caused by diabetic neuropathy. I ask the stone to heal the pain that I suffer from the neuropathy.  You can phrase it any way you want.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

It is left in the sun.

If it gets wet.

The Jewelry is packed in a protective plastic and a anti- tarnish sheet is included to keep the jewelry from tarnishing.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 2 Weeks to be handmade.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

We suggest that when you receive your product if the packaging is torn or broken that you take a picture of the package before you open up the package. If the product is damaged  inside take another picture of the item showing that it is damaged. Please attach pictures in you email so that we can make a faster determination on your refund.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00,  you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
